The Old Dancer Recruitment

General Bar Manager, Wilmslow

An opportunity to take your Management Career in hospitality to the next level!

We are an award-winning small group of craft beer bars committed to offering something different. We present interesting, high quality seasonal food & exciting drinks. Our wide range of beers constantly rotates and there’s always locally brewed beer on offer. We also host all manner of events; comedy nights, live music, art exhibitions and SciBar talks to name a few.

We are looking for a new General Manager to build and maintain a strong customer base by leading the consistently delivery of excellent customer service and managing the team of full and part time staff. You will have regular opportunity to have an input into group strategy, and can bring your personality to the role, ensuring the bar’s reputation as the most welcoming in Wilmslow.

This is a key role in our group, and the successful candidate would be joining us at an exciting time as we launch a high quality menu early in the New Year, with the aim of driving revenue growth strongly in 2018.

You might not currently work in hospitality, but the candidate who fits into our business will have a warm, hospitable nature, be lively and outgoing, hardworking (c50h/week), honest, determined to succeed, practical, and a great ‘captain’, able to lead your team. You must be allowed to work in the UK.
