Chef / Kitchen Manager
Looking for a new challenge in your catering career?
We are re-launching our food offering at The Young Pretender Beer Parlour over the next few months and are looking for a special individual with a passion for food to manage our kitchen. Could you help to build a strong customer base, by delivering and growing a high quality food offering? You’d be working closely with the directors as we set the kitchen up to launch and deliver the new, fresh menu.
You’ll have some experience in a kitchen and are perhaps looking to develop your career in catering with your first supervisory role. You’ll have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, Food Safety Level 2, and strong cooking skills. The right candidate will be well-organised, well presented, willing to manage and train others, and also willing to work behind the bar as well as in the kitchen, as required. You must be available to work evenings and weekends. You must be able to work in the UK, and please note this is not a live-in position.
